Dodgers and afks

This message is to Duckheads! If you people only want/know certain champs to play, then please don't que up with the modes like ARAM and ARSR! Just go play classic or ranked. Don't come and ruin others who enjoy playing these modes! Its just so overboard!!! These people dodge if they don't get certain champs and some just go afk or dcs; And what does riot do, just time penalty them for the next que and then bam, those people are free to do it again! [zombie-brand-mindblown] (The punishments should be made more serious. The report system seems to be useless too and its about time you do something about this @ RiotGames)
