Perma-banned

So, it's been a lot since I got my perma-ban and I really wish I had my account back. I know I have had many toxic games and many proofs of my behaviour but I really think my ban was a bit too strict. You see, if I try my best (which I did every game I played), and some guy/girl gets angry on me for some reason (for example, we can't do anything, we're losing and I'm really bad with my score) what do I do? Of course, the answer is to mute him/her but then again, I didn't even know it had that feature and i was easily-triggered so I would strike back with bad words. Then he/she would be even angrier and in the end he/she would report me even if I wasn't even close to toxic as he/she was. I know it's a perma-ban and there probably is no more chances of me to get my account unbanned and I even got 2 chat bans before. I think that those chat bans were not even a little effective and in fact, they just made me angrier about Riot Games and League of Legends. Those bans were "game-bans" in which I had a chat ban for around 20-80 games. I played and played in those days, as a "kid" so I tryharded those games to get unbanned and so I did but it wasn't enough time to make me more aware and responsible and mature. I really wish I could somehow perhaps get my account unbanned, but I am aware of that being almost impossible. I have spent a lot of effort, money and time on that account and on this game to have it all removed and erased that easily (I know it's still here but I can NOT do anything with my account). I would like you to think about my ban and try to find a way to unban me and give me for example PERMA-CHAT-BAN or let me do my best under your conditions and requests. I really know I have grown and became more mature but I still don't know ways to prove you that. I've seen people getting their in-game chat banned 2 times but after that they got banned it for 3rd time and even 4th but never perma-banned or even a time-period-banned (for example 10 months, 1 year, 2 years etc.). I think I should've been given at least one lower priority queue in which I would be given a time-period-ban and get smarter and more mature, but that's my opinion. Also I would like to point out that i was being toxic and you've checked my games for that. I have had a rough week and I wanted to have fun, then comes a guy/girl just flaming and being toxic for NO valid reason and I got triggered, of course. He/she reports me and Riot Games didn't check how or why I said those awful things I did. I think You should think about my/this thread and do something about it (if you can, and are willing to take some time).
