So I got permanately banned. Very undeserving I feel.

I want everyone to take a look at the chat there. I had a 4 game winstreak as a support I had no problems with anyone in those 4 games. Then on that specific game my lane got crapped on by enemy tristana/leona. I felt it wasnt worth to stay in the lane mainly because tristana was way to fed so I left lane to place a control ward at the top lane. Nasus got angry and started saying he'll report me. Mind everyone I didnt die at top while placing a control ward. Jarvin 4 also started saying I agree im gonna report you also. This guy literally had twice the deaths then I do and he kept inting which lead me to believe j4 and my top are duo. Of course I wish you guys could see what they were saying to me and they did not care about what I had to say about how much better tristana is as a champion to sivir anyways I got really tired of the bashing and said I would intentionally feed his lane since he kept bashing me. I did not do that btw. While he was bashing on me all 5 of enemy team came top and killed him so he said im definately going to get this janna banned. Of course I really felt upset because my account is already dishonorable from a previous report where I had a flex team report me because of a champion I banned at champion select which is really uncalled for reporting someone on your team just because I decided to do a ban choice. Btw during that specific game I was actually caring but the 3 refused to work with me and they asked other team to report me and other team did which is really messed up. I sent riot an e-mail about that game and got no reply I had to take my 2 week suspension. But look at the chat here. I'm no where near on the toxic level of many players on this game yet I got banned because 2 players just decided to report me. Btw enemy support was telling me team they'll report me also which is uncool. All because I went top to place a ward? Tristana at bot was way to fed for me to do much of anything. I'm 1/7 but enemy team was saying I was initing when it wasnt me. I stayed back by the tower when he did that and enemy team would just go agro and dive after killing him. But seriously I just gave up on this team since they said they were reporting me and I got banned for this? Riot seriously please fix this automatic system. This is a clear uncalled for ban. I wish I could show you the chat log they were sending at me. Really uncool to be banned just because of only 1 game where I got players that simply didnt like me while I have had 0 issue in all my other games today. And for the past 4 days.

You retaliated. If he threatens to report, mute. No point in talking back. Also, your punishment is based on your own chat behavior.

I'd also remove the link to J4's op.gg. Name shame is against the board rules.

Finally, while that chat (or at least the part that I can see since it continues on) shows nothing that would suggest a skip from no punishment to perma meaning you came off a 14 day ban.

op I don't see why your confused about your ban ? You retaliated . responded and or acted in a way contrary to what riot allows.

There is never any "context" or "justification" for responding to, reacting to any Intentional negative chat , action or play .

Also there is never any "context" or Justification to negativity commenting on something you simply don't like or what you consider "bad play" of any kind.

You have no criticize anyone at any time for any reason including in ranked at any level.

If there is a feeder or afk just ignore them and play as you would if everything was fine.

If you disagree and /or ignore these rules, continue to break them then you don't belong as a GUEST of Riot and your Privilege of playing in this game should be taken away permanently,

As for blaming your punishable speech or actions on other players - that is also inherently wrong

YOu control and are responsible for your own actions speech.

If YOU are sooooo emotionally unstable that YOU let a mere video game change your emotional state to where you want to rage and YOU dont have any kind of anger management control or are simply a negative hostile uncivilized verbally abusive person in general ....that that is YOUR problem not anyone elsee.

No matter what anyone does or says in game no matter how bad

if YOU choose to respond to it in any way the YOU rightly deserve to be punished as well.

If you don't like how random people, don't want the "risk" of someone intentionally trying to disrupt the game ( intentional feeders afk verbal abusive leaverbuster avoiders) play then it's up to you not to join a random que ,

I just want to say. In almost every single game I play on this game. People flame each other at champion select and people are strangers to one another its unbelievable, normally I dont respond to pre-game chat but the game that got me the 14 day suspension is because I had 3 people bashing on me because I made a champion ban they didn't like and brought the bashing to the actual game. Despite the bashing I still tried to help with ganks and went 6/0 as a jungler but they sabotaged the game into a loss. My 1st death is because I came top to gank by hiding in a bush. My top got ganked I showed up to help him. What does he do? He walked away with full hp and mana and let me die to a 2 vs 1 he even had his ult up on champion Maokai and then made a remark that he still going to report me with everyone else. Then the enemy team also started bashing me out of no where saying I deserved that death and then I tried explaining that they are throwing the game intentionally to them which they really were. I can't carry 3 players that wants to intentionally lose because of a ban choice I made at champion select. The enemy team had nothing to do with our team but they decided to report with the 3 on my team and I got 8 reports in a single game that dropped my honor level from 3 to 0 with a 14 day suspension. I really really want riot to look at both that game and this one that got me permanately banned. I am not hiding the fact I responded to toxicity here with my own. I got angry over the fact I was getting reported because I left bot to place a ward in a game where tristana was awfully fed. You see part in my chat where I said "I did shield you" they were bashing on me for not shielding them when I did. I was playing janna that game. I had 7 deaths that game top and mid had 6 adc had 8 our jungle had 11. Our jungler that game was intentionally initing and I got blamed for those inits, it didnt matter what I did that game I was blamed for every single mistake that was made by anyone. I get the fact I could have just muted and I just so happen to be a player that never uses it and I got upset to the point that I didn't even think of the mute button. I played maybe 6 or 7 games that day and won 4 of them and only had just this 1 game where players were hostile and this got me the ban hammer. Well was on a 4 game winstreak. So just 1 game out of 7 that specific day where toxicity was high got me banned. The previous game my jungler at post game after our team won bashed on me for doing nothing when I was 1/0/18 as a support. I mean I literally shielded him and he got kills when Miss Fortune on enemy team ulted I stopped her ult with a janna ult and he said I did nothing that game. I mean this is the reality of low elo almost every game is toxic doesn't matter if you play well or dont. I once got a popup from riot that asked the question if I think thier game is toxic and it gave options if not toxic or a little toxic or very toxic for example as answers. I literally answered toxic in every game because it really is. I said 2 or 3 lines that Sivir isnt as good as tristana I think and feel she deserves a buff. It wasnt a direct bash at the player playing her it was the champion itself being inferior to a tristana. I mean the guy went 7/0 at 10 minutes and I really was salty he was so fed because I just kinda felt this game is over already. Because we were losing across the map not just bot. I left bot to place some wards in hopes the team wouldnt feed more but that only got me bashed on by top/jungle for doing that and that kind of triggered me. I just simply felt at that point that I give up on the team mainly because J4 was initing in 1 vs 4's 1 vs 5's and im being blamed for those inits. You can clearly see me say in the chat.. "let me guess that is my fault too?" I was pretty clearly upset. And yes its because I knew my honor level is at 0 and I was being reported so I felt like this ban was going to happen and it did. I'm a competitive person. I had a goal to get flex to the next promotion which I was pretty close hitting gold in flex to go with my solo q rank for the rewards and then this game happens. The fact is.. that its a bot that sending out the bans,suspensions. But based on the chat alone do you guys really think what I said in chat is ban worthy? Is a player being suspended because 8 people reported you because I made a ban on a champion at champion select? The 3 on my team got the entire enemy team to help them with a report and bashed on me for the ban choice that whole game. I really want riot to look into that specific game which dropped my honor from 3 to 0 and got me the 14 day suspension. I mean who here feels a player deserves to have a suspension because of a ban choice? I did a ban at champion select on Miss Fortune and did not know my adc was a MF 1 trick and got bashed by all of them for banning that champion. And those 3 got the other team to report with them. I mean how would you guys feel to be in that situation? I hardly play with anyone on flex I just play flex alone 90% of the time so I play with a bunch of randoms I don't know at all. I admittingly say I see toxicity immediately from champion select to the start/end of game play in almost every single game I play. This specific game where I got banned I admit I was pretty salty that tristana was so fed. But my team rubbed in on that wound with threats of reports when I left bot to just ward. I mean im a support I should be warding for the team. Right? But then they got triggered when our adc died yet again when I was warding and our top got even more triggered when the entire enemy team came top and killed him while he was type bashing on me in chat. So he said im definately reporting you now. So yes I got triggered and told him do you want me to intentionally feed your lane because I will! What blows my mind is that they were so busy bashing on me that they said nothing about J4 intentionally feeding enemy team. I got blamed for absolutely everything.. I shielded they said I did not shield. They said "oh now you ult" when I barely hit level 6 to be able to use it. I looked at everyones profile after the game they were all coming off of loses while I had a winstreak so I just took it as they were tilted from previous game loss/losses but I was being blamed for every single mistake that game. I'm in no way excusing my own actions. I know I responded toxicity with some toxicity of my own but to be permanately banned for something I seen so often of players being much worse and still fine in the game? I mean yah, I do care about that account and what has happened. I admit that last year I was extremely toxic and since from last year I calmed down a crap ton. If they were to compare last year to this year chat logs. I'm not a perfect with my own personal behavior but its definately improved. I cursed just once in that game where a year ago I would curse in almost every chat message I wrote like 20 times per game. Yes im admitting I was once that bad and extremely toxic but im not that person anymore. I just had a game where I was salty with a team that decided to report for a game where everyone failed across the board but they put the blame on me and I acted out abit as a response. If everyone here and riot feels like I definately should stay banned then I'll accept the decision and uninstall the game. I just want to see a riot decision over a bot decision because I feel like this current game the permanate ban decision from reports is pretty extreme punishment.

Welp, feels bad man.. riot said I wont get the account back, reason was that it doesn't matter who started it, its the fact I kept speaking instead of just playing the game. They did not care if I stopped being toxic in the middle of the match or kept being toxic within the match, its the fact I spoke instead of just played the game and "I" was a distraction to everyone on both teams. In other words it seems like the only communication they want to see in solo/flex que is only ping communication.. why bother give people a chat within the game then? How to fix toxicity? Remove chat completely.. problem solved riot... =/ welp anyways this sucks. I am not sure how it is in high elo but in the silver elo, almost in all games the moment you join a game right at champion select there is almost always someone toxic to the rest of the team. It's very common and normal and I guess after playing too many games you eventually get sucked into the drama. I just want people to know I played 6 games that day and got sucked into the toxicity just 1 game and no matter what I did that game I got blamed and told I'll be reported. I placed a ward got bashed on. I shielded a team mate got blamed for not shielding. You can see within my text that I was responding to players on my team. But "the responses" got me banned. According to riot defensive response to another persons bashing is still considered toxic and a bannable offense. So me saying "I did shield you" is toxic to them. (kinda blows my mind) but ya.. I guess anyone who never been banned before might would like to see this and see how easy it is to get banned on this game. Anyways, thanks for the feedback guys.

You retaliated by putting more oil on the fire.

You got punished for your retaliation flame and your next punishment happened to be a permaban (probably escalated through the punishment ladder multiple times?).

Sounds like working as intended.

Threatening to int is in itself already pretty toxic even if you don't do it. Just that is enough to trigger a punishment and the punished tier escalation means even a ggez can get you permanently banned if you've already got 14-banned before and you've got a lot of marks on your rapsheet already.

You shouldn't try to enforce the pro game meta at your elo. Really anything can be viable and sivir is a fine choice.

You didn't get banned for placing a ward top, you got banned because you kept arguing with your team. If they were being jerks you should mute and ignore.

You were incredibly toxic how the heck can you feel this is undeserving?

You called your adc trash just for not choosing the champion you wanted them to take. You threatened to int.

Either of those actions is worth a punishment. From the looks of things you were already on a punishment warning when this happened. Ban rightfully placed.

Learn to stop attacking people in chat. Take the golden rule to heart, "If you can't say anything nice, then don't say anything at all." Or at the very least don't type it into game chat. Yell, insult, curse, etc all you want in the real world but don't share it with others. This will make the community less toxic, and you will not get banned next time. Win, win.
