i'm tired of partied bullies victimizing themselves and reporting the victim

I just got chat restricted. Two games ago I was teemo just because I felt like it. I had no alterior motive to it. I guess Teemo gets on even allies' nerves. Anyway I die to akali under tower, the viktor starts flaming me. I come to gank bot, the draven flames me. I mute those two and tell him i'm not ganking again. And then finally the riven flames me caling me an arrogant prick. I said nothing to her all game, and I immediately muted the others after one sentence. Then Karma calls me arrogant. What exactly did I do wrong other than pick an unfavorable champ? Either they were all aggro'd by teemo or they were partied, and when I muted one I ticked off the others. Can we do something about this problem?
