**ATTENTION RIOT**

Riot Team,

On Friday November 20th, 2015 my account received a 2 week suspension and on top of that I had my season rewards revoked from me. I have been accused of “MMR boosting” according to the e-mail that was sent to me from Riot. I don’t understand how I am being accused of MMR boosting. I have been playing League of Legends with the same 3 friends since Season 1. We are all either Gold or Silver. I have never used another account besides my own nor have I ever given out my information for anyone else to play under my account. I would greatly appreciate a response from Riot on this issue because I have been wrongly accused of something I did not do and everything that I have worked for all year long has just been taken away from me for absolutely no reason. I have no received any response back from Riot support on the very long detailed e-mail I sent so I have come to the forums and I will continue to post until I receive a response and something is done about this.

This community is full of toxic players, afkers, players that just go into games and feed on purpose. I have never raged on anyone and I always try to give advice and play my best. I was currently Gold 2 before the suspension took place. I worked hard to get and maintain my status of Gold. To some this may not be a big deal, but I spend all of my free time while my wife is at work playing League of Legends with my family and friends who I happen to know in real life. I would not be putting so much effort in to getting this fixed if I truly was in the wrong. I have been playing League of Legends since the start of Season 1 when my brother-in-aw introduced me to it. I’ve been hooked ever since and I have not once ever done anything wrong to have this happen to me. This is my first ban since I started playing League of Legends and it’s for something I did not do.

Please feel free to contact me. I left my personal as well as my work e-mail in the support ticket that I have opened with Riot. I would greatly appreciate a response back to this. 19451591 is my ticket number for the support ticket I have put in with Riot.

Hey That Was2 EZ,

Rest assured, the ticket is still being processed. There is currently a high ticket queue for player behavior related tickets, presumably due to end of season rewards. Hang tight and be sure not to bump your ticket, and you'll receive a response as soon as possible.

I appreciate the response and I understand there are a lot of tickets... I don't mean to be pushy in any way I'm just beyond upset... My wife was even more mad than I was at this whole situation because she has been with me since I started playing back in Season 1... It's just really unfair to have everything striped from you when you did nothing wrong.. I know this means nothing but if Riot is big on customer service / player support than they will seriously take the time to look into this and do the right thing. I know I do when it comes to my guest, being a manager for Hilton Resorts. I just want my account back with the status and skin that I worked so hard to achieve and maintain.

Well just as I figured Riot has come up with no proof as to why they did what they did to me, but they are not reversing anything. I'm going to have to call it quits with League due the fact by me simply playing games with my family members and friends is considering boosting.. Whats the point of always having to worry. Riot is useless... No wonder they have such a toxic shitty community.

i will wait riot reply to this man because he isnt toxic and banned for another reason...and riot is still sleeping wtf with the system so many bans and no one come to say why when how and what about know when we lost time and money and they dont give a fuck for us...i wish you take your account back man :)

Dude I play with 2 friends and my brother in law... Those are the only guys I run with and we've been playing together since season 1... This sucks so bad man..
