Falsely Banned in FEB 2016

my account was falsely banned after being hacked, in december of 2015 the last game of league of legends before i was hacked was on the 12th, i had reported losing access to my account shortly after via the ticket system, and provided all information that i had on the matter, i even so far as to completely reinstall my operating system as i suspect i either got phished or i had a keylogger installed on my pc (better safe than sorry). i had regained access to my account on the 20th of december 2015, there was a few things odd about my account when i had regained access to it.

1. they had purchased rp on my account and u can check the transactions through that time.
2. they played a bunch of games with the same people.

• TheJuanted (this player appears to be banned?)
• Aaron Wolfy these summoners popped up several times in the match history during the period of compromise.

3. the champions they purchased with RP, Yasuo, Kalista.

now, i should have reported these findings immediately but i was greedy and to be honest i felt it was just, they had compromised my account and that was only fair i keep the things they bought on it. (wrong way of thinking but i was very upset over this issue)

when you guys had given me back access to my account, i played games with my friends that you can see in the match history.

• Tarathar and some of their friends, people whom i had always played with.

i recieved an email on Feb 23rd 2016 stating that my account had been permanently suspended for use of 3rd party programs/exploits. this was very devastating and when i made the support ticket to dispute the false ban, i basically get told that im lying about being hacked etc. im from Washington State, The Tri-Cities are which consists of Richland, Kennewick, Pasco. i have never played league of legends from a location outside of my home. any activity on the account that shows otherwise was not me, go back as far as season 2 when i made the account and look. ive lived in the same location.

i have asked several times that this be looked into, and each time i have gotten half-hearted or automated copy & paste responses.

i wish i would have known that i could view my complete match history on the league of legends website at the time of making my initial ticket, i have only found out about this feature minutes before writing this. and the information i discovered may help further this investigation, and hopefuly restore access to my account. as i dont believe you guys are a bad company out to hurt anyone, but you do have to maintain a strict policy on stuff like this. that being said, i will await your response.
