  1. You had a 25-game chat restriction previously (which you may have forgot)
  2. You edited the logs
  3. They found hate speech / zero tolerance words in pre/post game chat
  4. The system bugged and sent you the wrong logs.

Not sure what your behavioral history is, but you are welcome to submit a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and ask them why this was escalated to a 14-day ban.

You do an excessive amount of typing to insult your teammates. It could be that despite the games shown there were other games that probably contained more than what is shown here to escalate the punishment straight to 14 day suspension. I can't really say without someone from Riot with access to your logs to confirm that.

ranked games =/= total number of games on your account. When you get punished the system looks at all games marked as reported for their review, not just in a specific queue.

All I'm saying is just because it's a different queue, doesn't change the Summoner's Code everyone agrees to before playing/creating an account.[slayer-jinx-wink]

your replies are all over the place, it makes it much herder to follow whom you are replying to.

If you are replying through chronological view, at least quote the person you are replying to, so it makes it easier to follow your discussion.

He meant that before you got suspended, you did received a 25 game chat restriction.

  • If this is true, then it's logical that toxicity such as this can already direct you to an instant 14 days suspension.

  • If it's not, then you must have edited the logs by removing hate speech, like "n'gger", "f'ggot", "ky.s", or anything that has %%%% in it. Lying will get you nowhere. If you think this is false, post the screenshot of your whole chat logs.

your concern was "Skipped straight to 14-days". I gave you one of the reasons why you might skipped to 14-days. Where one of the reasons is you edited out the logs that had hate speech in it.

Well, this one is pretty rough. It's constant flaming through all three matches, and you call one of your teammates retarded, which is considered hate speech as it's a slur against someone with a mental disability. Riot has a zero tolerance policy towards it. Normally, the level of flaming in this, even as bad as it is, wouldn't jump you up to a 14 day suspension, but when you mix in hate speech with it, it's enough.
