  1. You had a 25-game chat restriction previously (which you may have forgot)
  2. You edited the logs
  3. They found hate speech / zero tolerance words in pre/post game chat
  4. The system bugged and sent you the wrong logs.

Not sure what your behavioral history is, but you are welcome to submit a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and ask them why this was escalated to a 14-day ban.

Well, this one is pretty rough. It's constant flaming through all three matches, and you call one of your teammates retarded, which is considered hate speech as it's a slur against someone with a mental disability. Riot has a zero tolerance policy towards it. Normally, the level of flaming in this, even as bad as it is, wouldn't jump you up to a 14 day suspension, but when you mix in hate speech with it, it's enough.
