14 Day ban for saying some foul words twice?
This was my first time even being banned or anything. Is it normal to get a 14 day for some bad language?

Seriously, take a break for the night. Wake up tomorrow and read that. The embarrassment should set in rather quickly. And then ask yourself, does anyone deserve to be put in a game with someone like that? Not saying that's who you are, in fact I'm rather certain it's not. But, it's who you were at the time and ya gotta pay the penalty for acting like that. Total faith that after 14 days you'll come back, be much calmer, and guarantee you'll play twice as good as you were during this game. You should update us how you play when you get back.

If it's racial/homophobic hate speech or calls for suicide, yes.
No, you must have said something on Riot's zero-tolerance list, or said more than just "bad language". If you post the chat logs we might be able to help you more definitively, but just to answer your question simply, no it's not normal just for bad language, particularly if it's not directed at anyone else.
