Sick of getting put on a team of bots, then penalized for leaving game.

LoL has become one of the biggest jokes in the moba world. I'd say 70 percent of 3v3 matches I join are bots, then when I get sick of losing a match due to my team being bots I quit and get punished. What's the deal guys? Can you not crack down on this bullcrap, or do you simply not give a flying fuck that this game is trolled by bots.

At the very least..... DO NOT punish players for quitting a match if their team is full of bots. It's not fair to me or anyone else to be forced to remain in a pointless match that is guaranteed to result in a complete ass kicking.

Most of my friends have already quit this game due to the lack of security, as will I if this is not addressed immediately. The sad thing is this game used to be fun......... used to...

I think you underestimate the functions of what these programmers are capable of. Any quick google search will show you thousands of website that have this type of services. Seeing how this is one of the most played online game of course it will attract hackers or people who abuse a free to play game. They try to crack down on these, but as i said before there is just too much. and as soon as one service goes down possibly 3 takes its place. This is why they do 3rd party program bans in waves. So they have a hard time figuring out what cause the detection.

Sadly TT was affected by hacker/scripter when they got rid of Dominion. Your best bet is to just play another mode, or find 2 other people to play when you play and hopefully you are reporting these botted accounts, thats one of the way riot will know those are botted accounts!

You know you're right when morons are down voting your comment. Go look at all the posts about the unfairness and hacking that goes on in this game. The penal system caters to ass kissers, and well hackers. Hackers don't get in trouble but the people who afk due to a team full of bots get slammed..... Overall this game is a joke and I might start doing this too just to piss people off. Have a good day girlies, enjoy the hacked/trashed game.

DOWNVOTE THIS PLEASEEEEE

If you're getting stuck with bots, it would be better to just let the enemy team push and win, and then report the bots after the game so you can help get them out of the game and so you can actually contribute something to the community instead of making these threads crying about it.

Bots are always a problem, in many, many games. A majority of them are bots that spam advertise cash-currency selling sites for games that have cash-shop features. They're not always easy to detect because it might not be a script that's interacting with the game itself, it might just even be a silly macro that is programmed to hit enter, copy/input a certain text, and press enter again at timed intervals where the game window just happens to be the active/target window. Of course the bots in league are more complex because they have to actually "play" the game, and I use the term loosely.

Riot bans these botters in waves instead of constantly and actively because constant active bans give the botters a chance to constantly and actively make changes to the script and try to pinpoint the reason as to why their programs may have been caught by Riot's detection that is outside of just being reported by others. If this happens, it would require riot to constantly be trying to keep up with constantly changing scripts. Bans in waves allow riot to get a list of botted accounts over a mild period of time and bans them all simultaneously in one go, giving script programmers/writers much less chance and feedback to work with for their use in updating and upgrading their scripts, keeping them in the dark about how to avoid detection.

If you want to leave league, go ahead. Nobody's forcing you to stay and, by the looks of your attitude honestly, I doubt you'll be missed much.
