Second time I've been reported for offensive language and I haven't said anything in /all. Only the opposing team ever reports me and I've drawn the conclusion to the use of the mastery emote I like to bind to my R (for fun), and even then emote spamming isn't even toxic behavior.
No, riot doesn't check the reports before the warning. You just get the warning. People wanted to know when they got reported, so now you find out. Only, it tells you EVERY time you get reported. So you have to use your judgment. If you said absolutely nothing, you aren't going to get punished.
Has there any evidence of anyone that got temporary/perma banned for taunt/emote spamming in the tribunal?
