How do I/can I report somebody for harassment over in-client chat?

Sorry if it's a bad question, I'm not around here a lot. Recently had a pretty bad game and mud was slung on our team. Mid laner wants to add me after to say something and he was moderately chill for how bad the game was. So I add him hoping it wasn't going to be just shit talked but he went in. I have lots of pretty shitty stuff here and I can screen shot it, I'm just wondering if there's a place to go to report it.

To my knowledge the only way to report it is to submit a ticket, which is what I would suggest doing.

Edit: Make sure you include screenshots and all other evidence you may have.

Yeah make sure that the new client can handle reports in champ select and post gsme lobby as well as chat. I shouldn't have to send support tickets, it should be enabled in the client. @Cactopus

I don't think player support wants any reports outside of the Instant Feedback system anymore. There isn't even a section for that on the website.
