Lost internet service, received 5x match lower queue (20 minute stipulation)?

So,

Today, this morning I decided to wake up and play a match of League. I signed on, went for a bot match for a warm up. I played Warwick, trying something new. After backing, I disconnected due to my services here being shut off and on an hour later after talking to my ISP.

Is there any way I could appeal this somehow by asking? >_> It's just really inconvenient that I have to wait 20 minutes a match now, for reasons I had no control over.

They don't reverse leaverbuster punishments. Your connection is your responsibility and you did not get that penalty for leaving 1 game. 20min low priority queue is the 3rd punishment so you have had at least that + a warning. There is leniency built in because everyone is going to have occasional problems, but it seems you used that up quite some time ago.
