Suspension Error

I had contacted Riot Support 2 weeks ago about a permanent ban on my account. Riot lifted the ban and made it a 2 week ban instead. The 2 weeks has passed and the suspension is still in place. I was wondering if this happens or Riot is just messing with me as a joke or something.

I was wondering if anyone with experience on this can tell me if this is regular or not.

You can contact Riot again and ask them. It's not something we on boards can help with really.
