Lost my 8yr old account My season 1-2 baby(My First Love)

So I was recently a victim of an account theft. someone got a hold of my account, changed the email/ account name and has been playing urf matches on my account ever since. I contacted riot via the Account recovery Support ticket option( Which required me to log out before submitting). this is the frist time anything like this has happened to me and to be honest it was in part due to my stupidity but losing my first and main account that I invested so much into made me really paranoid. To make a long story short I ended up sending 4 more tickets, 1 of which was under this secondary account that i remembered making in 2010 and haven't played on it since then. Riot Support sent me a response(Thank you Sweet Riot) with the option of viewing the ticket(#39120849) to add anything additional but when I click on the link I always get a 404 error. I really don't know how else to go about this and I don't want to be that annoying guy that keeps sending tickets relating to the same issue. I'm sorry if this comes off as an inconvenience but I want to ask via this post if someone from Riot Support can confirm that my Tickets were received and has been assigned to a specialist and if at all they need anything else from me, I will even send several utility bills and a picture of my ID/passport to prove I am the owner on that account. My wife's(same Last name) and my debit cards are linked to that account and I am paranoid that this thief will try to utilize it for financial fraud. I ended up having to block both cards and I'm considering opening a new bank account because of this experience( just haven't had the day off to go to my Banks). The Thief/scammer changed the account name to "Watęrmelon" from my last used name "B3NTOBAUX". The last 2 games i personally played on that account were 2 normal matches as Xin and Caitlyn(not my best games). I am sorry for the inconvenience I know these things take time, but if you could at least restrict his ability to make purchases as you investigate the matter.
