Put an age limit on the game, and figure out a way to PROVE that they are that age. I would say about 80% of toxic players are autistic 13 year olds who have no respect for anyone but themselves because their parents never said no to them once.
The only thing this would do is shock you at how many of those people you think are 13 years old are in their 20s.
Attaching accounts to an actual ID would probably do wonders though. No way people would accept that in America though.
I have to say that I find it a bit amusing that someone posting about reducing toxicity is also calling people autistic though.

no it wont. ok listen i dont know EXACTLY how it works but in korea, when you are born you are given a number. you need this number EVERYWHERE like when you make a lol account YOU NEED TO ENTER YOUR NUMBER since LoL is rated 12+ there wouldnt be that many flamers on korea right? so i barely speak and korean but when you go on their boards and understand a little... THERE ARE MORE THREADS ABOUT BANNED PPL THAN ON NA + EU BOARDS TOGETHER!!!
and just for the fun fact: i know 10 year olds that are smarter and more adult than fucking donald ... duck! ok?
