I am terribly skilled but apparently people like my attitude towards league as I have had a green banner since i was lvl 15 which is roughly a year ago. Today I noticed it was gone! I have searched and asked around and apparently you only loose it if you have been reported or banned by the tribunal, yet i have received no notification of either? Please help, I don't want to be a peasant like my toxic friends D:

Nope, you can also lose one if you start getting less honors.

I'd say file a support ticket, although I remember hearing that you have to keep getting honor to keep a banner, so maybe you haven't gotten honor in a while?

No, you lose it by not getting constant honours. Most of the people who still have ribbons play either bots or ARAM. I lost mine too, it's not lost due to being reported directly.
