unfair penalty
today I try to play and it appears to me that I do not have the file d3dx9_43 and it does not let me enter to play and that's why they penalized me I think it's unfair

If you have issues with the game that cause the game not to load, you should not be punished in terms of leaverbuster. Losing LP is fine, but you should not be punished with leaverbuster in that case, especially with riot's remake system.
