Low level games are full of toxic flaming, and trolling smurfs!

I mean, every now and then losing to some cheese in blind, or a legitimate new player getting smashed by a veteran, cool, no big deal, but getting FOUR intentional trolling smurfs in a row, is so toxic, and then people flame all chat, and team chat, toxic ass heck, thinking they wont get reported. 3 afks in 4 games also, not fun, makes leveling slower, very frustrating! Especially when they just unload full 9000% toxic in end game lobby because it isn't recorded.

Edit: 5th game in a row, also, despite my 60% winrate in blind on this account, I've encountered aggressively toxic players in 7/10 games, much higher than .006%, just saying...

P.S. Sorry for posting in wrong section, I thought I could pick an area, I don't post often on any accounts.

Part of me feels like the low levels have more smurfs (from banned accounts or otherwise) and even some bots than actual new players. Probably because a lot of new players get either put off quickly by the aforementioned, or they end up 'joining' them.

I recently made a low-level account and was taken aback by how bad it is down there. I didn't experience low-level play much on my main because I 99% grouped with my level 30 roommates.

The last match I played on my level 4 account featured, of the five players on my team, at least four different languages. It was some Tower of Babel BS.

I am totally against behaving totally as douche in low level games.I remember days when i was level 13 without any knowlegle what midlaner are supposed to do i pick jinx mid into zed with exhaust and flash as my favorite spells for this day and end with 0/3 at 15min while my teammates are saying in all chat "gg report jinx pls for trollpick and feed ty" i ask what champ "i am supposed for example then to play mid" they respond "shut up noob when you don't know why you play this game go play minecraft noob".Teamwork doesn't work very well on low levels most of time some guy who got fed with master yi go on rampage killing everyone and there is no space to make low level players learn about what are tanks supposed to do,what are support supposed to do,what is assasin's main job,what are bruisers supposed to do,how to position with adc etc... while you get flamed for bad game like its end of the world.Because of this flaming and making new players feel bad i get today in level 30 some guy picking nidalee support who haven't learned that support is supposed to have hard cc to peel for adc but because those smurfs told him that nida can be played as support he plays like moron who listens what other says to him.Or in worse case i get vi jungle building infinity edge and phantom dancer and guess what once teamfight arrives that man playing vi jungle gets blown up dealing 0 damage and providing almost 0 peel for his team.This game takes time to learn and to be able to think with your head what is best on role you're playing to take to maximize your team's potential when playing ranked.The most what hurt me this is even happen on high levels too is when you get counter picked for example i am playing Darius into Gnar on top in blind pick,what happens is that my jungler Khazix never gank and mid Zed never roam while i can't do a thing.Only i can do is play defensively hopping jungle or mid to come but once 14min come they say "look at your farm darius noob".Gnar takes farm advantage and pushes top while i starve for gold and after ending with 1/3 they say "pls report this darius noob ty".
