Riot please answer me.

listen, i have not played on this account for about 6 months and someone right after i stopped playing on it hacked into it and trolled so badly that i got perma banned. i tried to go through the steps to get it back. I have sent in all ip addresses i played on that account (because back then i didnt have my own computer so on week days i would have to get off and go to at 9-10pm) But now i have my own computer and i am attempting to get my account back ounce more. the account that i am talking about has about 1 thousand dollars worth of skins and other items on it and i myself dont think that i will ever get those items back. I really hope that i can get a response from riot game that isnt a link to some email that i will not get a reply from for 2 months again.
