Riot, why shouldn't we all just embrace the corruption?

           I sat down and watch this whole match get played from start to finish. It is quite frankly depressing that the real people out there who demoralize good standing players suffer no punishment at most times. This is a smart fellow and what stopping all of us from being like this time to time?  Idk if he had a bad day or if him and his wife divorced but he joined the game a very disturbed person with 1 goal in mind... to let someone else feel the despair. It was very strange to see a mid laner part take in such a long jungle leash i thought he was being a good person but i sadly had never been so further from the truth.

                As soon as everyone turned their back to their lanes i saw a smite come down and came to realize the enemy wasn't counter jungling and the jungler with a jungle item was still level 1 and it puzzled me. I wonder what took place and i checked the score board and mystically without warning i saw ryze with 1 creep score and next to it i saw this fellow who was playing ryze a midlaner with an enchanted spell book and a smite. He then proceeded to follow around the jungler for 10-15 trying to steal his buffs and getting in his way despite constant pings to indicate to him to stop. Next he went to every lane but mid and tried as hard to push the wave and steal cs from top lane and i thought to myself my friend is playing bot... just please oh please don't let this "corruption" reach to the bottom lane and unsurprisingly it was bot lanes time to be drained... He pushed and pushed the wave as much as he could stealing creep score and forcing them under tower and vulnerable to ganks until where everyone on his team down bot died died and he eventually went back to harassing the jungler like his usual routine... From there on he would engage in random behaviors where he would purposely force ult players away whenever they were chasing a kill or troll ult them under the turret whole game. Not to my surprise either also whenever Zilean landed a bomb he would purpose walk to it and cannonfod into his own team even expending his flash purposely to tick them off even more. Things turned out fine though the team won with little no thanks to the ryze with 2K damage against champs over a 36 minute ranked match

               My only remarks were was damn that jungler was a strong person to remain prevalent and hardcore strung on winning despite being punished for no reason by his made lane still tried to his job didn't complain and tried really hard to be relevant to the team. Sometimes winning really doesn't feel worth it if someone like that has to benefit from your hard-work. The Ryze was a smart Ryze we said nothing in the chat, he didn't afk for even a moment, he didn't intentionally feed all he did was try to grief the team and avoid any easier ways of receiving penalty. I am unsure if the report the team or enemy  that may have not taken notice or concern to it, or if they may or may not have sent a report about him, or even if they got any hearing or justice for the incident, but if they don't I ponder the question if its so easy to get away with these things whats stopping all of us from embracing the corruption at a healthy rate to avoid detection and go about it "a smart way"?
