should RIOT make toxic players banned faster?

i dont why people are so toxic in this game but it gets old fast =_= i understand you make mistakes but to blame someone else for your mistakes is just toxic to get mad at a really fun game is not cool... i seem to get stuck with afk players that make my win loss ratio drop way below even and its sad and i feel like im cursed with quitters on my team i wish people could just enjoy the game they are playing not make people feel bad about playing a game. i dont think your personal feelings should be in such a game just use your mind learn from mistakes and grow from them
