so i saw this comment about a rioter saying that unfair banned people got there ban lifted and stuff like that but that's really not true my friend got permabanned last week and i got permabanned 2 months ago after both having our accounts get hacked from a guy from somewhere around saudi-arabia and all riot replied on the mail was they couldn't help us and just banned our accounts worth more then 600$ after several mails going to forward and back we both just gave up finding out eventually our mails got automatically handled by bots.. i couldn't comment on the thread i saw so decided to speak up and hear what other people's view on this is.

I was once banned for logging in while I was in another state, It legitimately took riot two months to reverse it. This was back in season 3. I can only imagine how much worse it is now.

It sounds like these are shield bans, intended to prevent unauthorised people from accessing your account. You first need to recover the accounts by proving you are the original owner of the account, and after that they will work with you on repairing damage done by people who hacked your account. Until you recover the accounts though, they won't remove the bans.

well if the adviser said you need to provide more information. then why not try to tell them the creditcard number or paypal on the account? i know its differnt game but thats how i recovered a very very old runescape account.
