If someone is shit, lock ranked on their account

I know this is going to sound salty and toxic, but the reason that i am this way is because of the countless games that have been decided out of my control regardless of how well i am doing. If there is an AFK or someone that feeds non stop, whether it be on purpose or just losing the game. There has to be a way to reprimand those people, why are only toxic players getting punished, but the people that cause the toxicity run free. I know the game is supposed to be fun for everyone, but to most people having fun is competing not having a riven go 0-5 in the first 10 mins then write chill bro in chat, or a garen with internet from the early 90's stroll up top lane at 15 mins. If there was a way to put a loss on one person or monitor the performance and actually make it so you were rewarded lp on performance and given a bonus for a win. While that may not seem fair at first, it would calm a lot of people down knowing that only their actions effect themselves.I'm telling you right now the way to remove toxicity is to remove the people that cause the latter. People that want to have fun can stick to normals and stay out of ranked, if the system stays the same. Because i have had 10 games in a row that i have gotten absolutely bent over in because of one or two members on my team are either not there physically or mentally. So please Riot you have a great game that i love to play, but i can't deal with all the random plebs that play this one a month and don't care.
