I am banned for using third party program

I got permanently banned for using third party program/s. After discussing my ban with friends, they told me that it's probably because I have Curse voice. I didn't use the program to abuse any ingame features, but I guess it got detected by your automated system. I really didn't know that this was bannable, I only used the program for World of Warcraft and not for league. I really hope that I'll get some understanding here at the boards, and hopefuly get my precious account unbanned, because I really believe that I'm innocent.
