I am banned for using third party program

I got permanently banned for using third party program/s. After discussing my ban with friends, they told me that it's probably because I have Curse voice. I didn't use the program to abuse any ingame features, but I guess it got detected by your automated system. I really didn't know that this was bannable, I only used the program for World of Warcraft and not for league. I really hope that I'll get some understanding here at the boards, and hopefuly get my precious account unbanned, because I really believe that I'm innocent. If you still want to continue playing League, now that you have gotten rid of the problem and won't cause anymore problems like this, you are still free to make another account.

Anything that interferes with the competitive game play -- from when you click the PLAY button till the Game End screen -- is considered as illegal. This means using any programs like MK jogo or BoL is a bannable offence.

You can contact Player Support pleading your case, but generally, permanent suspensions for third-party applications are rarely reversed.

Curse voice isn't bannable anymore, so no, there has to be a different reason. Any chance you played from a different computer? In your school, Internet Café, from your friend's house? Does anyone else have access to your computer?

no i get banned for third program but i think its party program

3rd party program means ANY program that isn't LoL. That means it's any software that isn't allowed and/or is interfering with the game (zoomhack, jungle timers, ...).

duckarp is correct. Curse Voice is now compliant with the Terms of Use and is not something Riot bans for. The two other situations that I can see happen are that you used a 3rd party application or modification that you may not have known was against the rules or someone gained access to your account and used these applications or modifications. Regardless, you could try to plea your case to Riot Games Player Support via ticket; albeit, your suspension was applied after some consideration and review.

So there's your reason. Riot detected it and banned you for that. You don't even have to run the software. This has been stated by Riot numerous times in the past. You need to remove the software if you don't want to be punished (kinda late in your case I'm afraid).
