[PLEASE RIOT] I've been hacked and suspended. Lost my only accout

Please, before anyone reading this keep in mind that:

1. I am not a toxic player, and never have been 2. I love Riot/ Leaue of Legends and have never had any complaints what so ever about thecompany 3. I'm mainly trying to get anwsers. But I am sad about what happended

Anyway... So basicaly a few weeks ago I went abroad for a few days and in the meantime someone hacked my account and so I lost all access to it, and someone played 10 (or so) ranked games that he/she. Losing me LP (let me just say that I'm not mad or sad about that, I know that with time I could have gotten back on the elo I was). When I came back and tried to log in. I couldn't and thus i realised that i had been hacked. I changed my password and when i tried to log in... I was banned till the 22nd Feb. :<

I felt like it was unfair so I sent the ticket above. After the explanation i understood that there was nothing i could do to change the fate of this suspension... so I wouldn't really mind the punishment. Even tought i tought (and still think) it is unfair... What bothers me the most is that after a couple of days, (yesterday to be exact) a friend of mine said that he saw me play... and since i have no access to the account I told him that wasn't possible.... and yet someone keept playing on my account. AGAIN i changed my password and now my account has been perma-banned... It really saddens me to know that I've put so much effort in to that account and have allways respected the summoners code only to have been hacked and now it's all lost...** :( **and i'd like to add that I have no other account to play on. So not only have I lost all that I had on my main account (skins, champs, runes, summoner icons, ward skins.... etc) I have to start a new account. Which i simply don't have the patience to now...
