Trolling in Ranked

Hey everyone, with the ranked season coming to an end soon I decided to queue up for ranked to climb a bit higher before Season 8. Everything was normal until we got to ban. I had shown my main and favorite jungler, Kayn. However, some 20 seconds later I noticed that a teammate had banned him. When I questioned his/her actions, they simply remarked "is op". I decided since it was ranked to keep it professional and give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that they just didn't want to risk a Kayn on the enemy team. After that, they locked Nami in the mid lane (they were not swapping for the support role, we already had a sona) and told us "we win". I decided to LP dodge since losing 4 lp is better than 12 or so, but it still is a pain to wait 5 minutes for my next queue AND lose lp for someone else's irresponsibility. I don't know if in ranked queues there should be an option to "kick" players that are supposedly trolling, something like a vote system maybe? Or at least change things up so you can't ban champions that your team is showing. Let me know what you guys think.
