Why is ranked so troll?

Ive been playing league since 2012 so ive gotten some time to get into and i enjoyed playing ranked and trying to go far into it. But when no matter what i do what role what lane what anything it has come up with the major trolls. Killing themselves, AFK, DC, Refuse to group and lose game, Split pusher, the complete senseless person. I finally made it up there to Gold II and then it just happens almost every game or at least every other and bam bam loss after loss no way to suddenly become incredibly and carry the sometimes 2 or 3 team mates trolling and elo gets lower and lower. I was just demoted to Silver I from G V after i had 6 games of trolls in a row. Why has the community degraded so much that this actually happens and why has riot not implemented better ways to do it. They need to stop being so soft on people who do it so often. Any one agrees? any thoughts? [zombie-nunu-bummed]
