Can you start doing your damn job?

U have to make your bans more restrict even tho players are not flaming directly and cant get banned for that it ruins my expirience playing this toxic game..... You need to ban players like that , they bring negativity to a game and even if game was winnable and easy to comeback now we cant cuz everyone in team is tilted , For example i played fiora top was 2-4 and had veigar mid 0/4 he was vs riven and this is platinum elo and we both get flamed but premades fiddle and gp bot that ended game with 7/21 scoore and he types in chat every time me or my mid or jungler die and flame and spam emoticons in chat and thats tilting and you cant really report them for that like do something please or a lot of people will start quiting this game
