Riot, Please ban the afks

I had 5 games recently and total of 5 afks. Can u guys ban them? Like 24 hrs once they log in. Thats wat they really deserve.

Above is all you can do. Riot will never ban AFK's.

I dunno about nothing. It does help Leaverbuster do its job, which is minimizing the damage players who habitually AFK can do to the queues, by issuing LPQs.

I agree it's annoying, but there are circumstances that people cannot control. ISP's having high traffic times, someone losing power and shutting off their router ect...would you feel like you deserve a 24hr ban if that happened to you. Usually during pre-game chat you can tell if someone is trolling or not. I dont advocate que dodging in normals, but if your teemo adc in bronze IV, is calling you mom a whore, and calling everyone "noobs" in RANKED, i would say que dodging is worth it. But, in those game where you have an afk, dont let it tilt you! if you are in a 1v2 lane, practice playing under tower and farming under tower. Look for ways to poke them down ect...

Exactly. People have real lives and cannot always commit to the keyboard when real life becomes the real issue at hand. Sometimes it's the ISP, sometimes the modem, or possibly, somehow, your cat unplugged your CAT cable!!! There are many times I know I wouldn't want to be banned for needing to take care of something urgent, or just can't help the fact that I need to leave my keyboard / get disconnected.

Edit: I upvoted because this thread is relevant. I sometimes feel this way after a match, but then quickly realize I am playing with nine other humans who have needs and issues similar to my own.
