Along with the chat restriction I had a 30 min wait after only dodging twice (including this dodge), previously I havent dodged in almost 2 months. I dont understand why I got a chat restriction along with my 30 min wait
IIRC, you can't be chat restricted or banned for dodging games.
If you didn't receive logs, it was likely a manual ban by a Riot employee. You'll have to create a support ticket for more information (and chat logs).
Chat restriction is only for chat related offenses, check your email, Riot probably sent you your chat logs. The 2 punishments are separate.
