10 Game chat restriction then perma ban?

It's been an hour and I still haven't received an email. it's only strange because doesn't you're account get temporary suspended then permanently? I know riot will never give me my account back, but this is so strange. I was just having a cup of coffee and won the game and my client stopped responding and when I tried to login it said permanently banned. I may have got frustrated but I never said any racist or homophobic comments towards my teammates or the enemy team, could this ban for be another reason? To be honest if anything I was expecting more chat restrictions or temporary suspensions. It seems like the ban system is completely based on the judgment of one employee who can terminate your account if he wishes to.
