TLDR: I was not at all toxic for this and I deserve not to be punished. As you can see in this game, I was very positive and talked abpout winning. I id not deserve this chat restriction for being a salty toxic person at all! Please bump this so a Rioter can see it and I can have my punishment removed. Also what I said in this game was a completely appropriate way to talk to my team :D
