Well, I understand the fact that I leave some games afk, Im not gonna say it wasnt my fault, and even if was not fault, the fact i leave a game afk doesnt change so, all I want to know is what should I do to revert this state! This isn't true. I have yet to see one example of someone dropping from the 20 minute tier to a lower tier.

Saying you dropped from 5 minutes to clean slate proves nothing for one simple reason: I have also thought that I dropped to clean slate because I had a dc without a penalty. Then the new client came out with its early game launching issues.
It's easy to get to the point where you are no longer receiving the penalty, but I do not believe that it is possible to drop a tier. And 5 minutes is the lowest tier. Everyone who has never received a penalty is in the 5 minute tier.
So you haven't dropped a tier.

A single infraction and you'll stay in the same tier.
This is what I believe after going through periods of not doing any of these things for months (except dodging).
Now I think I'll try the not dodging part.
The sad fact is, the trolls that leave games for fun never stay on low priority queue for long because they just obtain another account.

Ya but How long is never ever? Cuz if it's forever, then technically you won't ever go back down. So just say you cant. Leave out the "unless", because even in that scenario I guess you will never go back down, according to you.
