Well, I understand the fact that I leave some games afk, Im not gonna say it wasnt my fault, and even if was not fault, the fact i leave a game afk doesnt change so, all I want to know is what should I do to revert this state! Play games and don't leave/afk. It will go away eventually.

Unless you never, ever dodge a game again, never have a connection issue ever again and never ever leave a game again.
A single infraction and you'll stay in the same tier.
This is what I believe after going through periods of not doing any of these things for months (except dodging).
Now I think I'll try the not dodging part.
The sad fact is, the trolls that leave games for fun never stay on low priority queue for long because they just obtain another account.
i just hate that every time i get it ..it's 20 mins.....even when i go months and 100's of games between them. like....is it too much to ask to go back down to a 5 min?
