Trolling In Ranked

Hey anyone reading this, I just wanted to bring something up I've been encountering a lot recently. It has to do with ranked games, I am in bronze currently and here's the situation. I am a jungle main, and every so often I get these games where my team is usually just bad, or doesn't pick a counter to the other teams lane. For example, I had someone pick Heimer mid against an Akali. Yes, as an old Heimer main I know how fed he can get if you play him right, but this guy was playing like he didn't know what his abilities were, let alone having any game sense against Akali. So Akali gets about 5 kills or so on him, all with me ganking and doing what I can. However, I get called 'dumb a$$', and blamed for his losing the lane and feeding. Then he says, pick a role you actually know how to play, when I'm 3/2 and he is 0/6 at this point, all the while complaining about not getting any ganks. Later in the game as you can imagine, Akali is super fed and now Pantheon is fed, plus a 3/12 twitch adc against a 9/3 vayne adc. While twitch is also blaming me for his losing lane, and calling me a retard for not jumping in to what would be 3v1 against a full health pantheon, vayne, and morgana. I guess what I'm looking for is just an understanding of why these people act like this, in ranked even? I can understand it in normal games, but I've been dealing with this a lot lately, and in between the insults I am getting threated to be reported. Like, reported for what? When I'm doing my job, not insulting them back, and doing the best I can against what the other team has. Reported by players calling me words like those? I truly don't understand it. It is been getting really tilting and I've been seeing it much more than I should. Thanks for any insight or responses into this toxic behavior. I will say I realize chat logs are good to present to see what I was saying and what they were really saying, but I simply don't know how to do this. I've only been playing for a couple months, and I truly am not a toxic person. I was hardly even talking to them really, the worst thing I ever said in that particular game was that they should learn the game more and not play ranked until they do. Other than that on my side I would say I was fairly kosher. I know that may sound strange and hard to believe, but I am definitely not a liar.
