I have tried to Queue up many times but every time I queue, even after waiting the 20 minutes it tells me to wait, I get another 20 minute wait time. I have not played since early September. The timer says it is because I have abandoned/AFK'd too many games. How do I find out when this will end?
Do you actually play a game after the 20 minutes? If you don't I don't think it counts towards your low priority games.
I do actually. But I believe my account may have been compromised for a while. Maybe this could have contributed to the amount of AFK's/Abandons? My email on my account wasn't mine when I logged in today.
But I do finish my games or surrender.

having had low priority queues, you need to wait the designated timer, and then it will actually queue. After you finish 5 games (you're allowed to surrender, the game just has to literally end with you still present and not afk or dced) you'll be back to normal. Riot will even message you later on about your improved behavior(if there is any) to let you know if you're on the right track.
Please don't afk games, its not fun for the other 9 players involved.
