Banned w/o warning?

My account was permanently banned but I feel that it was pretty unfair since I received no chat restriction or anything. The game also took my chat histories from games that I played more than a couple of days ago, which seems pretty unfair as well. Sometimes it's hard to keep track as to how toxic I have been in the past games, as when I get feeders on my team I forget that being toxic and typing mean words is worse than ruining the game for 9 other people. I liked how a long time ago I was told something everytime I was reported something like "Your recent chat bla bla bla toxic bla here is your 10 game chat restriction." I feel like this actually prevented me but now, it feels like they've gathered a game i was toxic a week ago, a game i was toxic 3 days ago, and a game i was toxic in yesterday. Honestly, this is my second permanently banned account, and I feel that the things I said were not all that bad as one of my games only contains one cus word. I had an illaoi on my team that gave up after a few deaths and I told him to let us carry him but he cried and continued feeding. I know posting this won't do anything since the Riot team is pretty fucking garbage and apparently this game is intended for fucking 3 year olds who cannot use the mute button and are the equivalent scum of that 3rd grader who told the teacher on you for saying the f word. But just letting some of you other toxic players out there with a warning that apparently you will not get a chat restriction anymore or any warning what so ever about the letters you type on a keyboard that do hurt your fellow summoners. Also fuck you riot, i posted a fucking bug report 4 months ago and reuploaded 3 times and sent 2 tickets and there is still no fix on it.

So many things are wrong with this... Let's see:

  • Punishments for verbal toxicity are primarily based on consistency, not content.
  • There are four punishment tiers for verbal punishments, which are received in a set order unless the content in question is bad enough to warrant skipping tiers.
  • Why wouldn't they look at your history, especially your recent history, to determine if you deserve a punishment?
  • Why do you get to be toxic when other players piss you off? Oh wait, you don't.
  • Cuss words are not the only factor in punishments.
  • You've been perma'd before, why are you surprised about it? You should know the consequences of your behavior.
  • No one cares about what others were doing. It doesn't matter when it comes to dishing out your punishment.
  • You only think Riot is garbage because they don't listen to you specifically. They don't have to listen to you, and they won't when you whine about it like you are now.
  • The mute button is not an excuse to be an asshole.
  • Age is not a measure of maturity.

You realize how many games are played every day, how many of those are reported, and how few Riot employees there are tasked to review these reports respectively? ... Of course it is going to take some time for a review to be done and for a restriction to be implemented. If you were restricted before this process, it would actually be unfair.

It is actually not hard to "keep track" of how toxic you have been at any point. It isn't a matter of only trying to be just under the level of toxic to get banned. DON'T BE TOXIC!

Also, the fact you even said

Honestly, this is my second permanently banned account

means, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

It isn't a matter of not having been warned on this account before. Believe me, Riot is able to tell that you have been warned before. If you have accessed their server from the same Internet service provider, even using a different account, they can track your IP address. Having then been reported for similar behavior as another account from the same IP address will lead them to escalate punishment more rapidly.

Accept two things.

  1. You are not smarter than Riot
  2. You have shown a history of toxicity and if you do not stop you will continue to receive restrictions.

You dont need a message dude. That is what you are not understanding. And the fact that you are insulting everyone that is responding clearly shows why you were banned twice.

Riot reserves the right to dish out any punishment they deem fit. They are not obligated to give you a warning. A permanent ban can happen at any given moment, at any time if they feel it is warranted.

Welcome to reality.

cuss words alone don't suspend you. however, Racism, homophobia and hate speech will.

logs or it didn't happen.

It's a video game that you decided to come onto a board and cry about how you got banned a second time. For someone who preaches "its just a game" you sure as heck found the time to voice your concern about a video game. So why don't you take your own advice instead of being a hypocrite. If you think its just a video game, why did you spend time out of your day to come onto a board just to write about how you got banned off a video game for the second time?

Lol, logic at its finest people.

Permabanned twice? Just leave. It's clear Riot doesn't want you to play, since you can't grow up.

At the risk of sounding like I'm calling bullshit:

Post your reform card.

Huh, just glad that the people commenting here are fucking gold or less lmao. weebs who cry about when someone says a bad word and goes to their safe place of comfort with the report button, feeling like they can amount to something by clicking the report a player haha. LMao its you kiddos that are the real problem with video games now. You kids that are low elo. I bet you guys tell your friends the reason you are gold/bronze/silver is because of your team. I don't care, all im saying is that if Riot REALLY wanted less players to be less toxic, they would have gave me a fair warning. Now I think i am just going to buy an account that is already level 30 for 5 dollars. Huh, there's something ironic about punishing me for hurting someone else's feelings and at the same time influencing me to break another rule. I think the funniest part is how being toxic ties into "cyber bullying" you know, that thing that doesn't exist unless you want attention?

All I'm saying is that i feel it is a bit unfair that I recieved little warning before being banned forever. And all im saying is that banning me isn't going to stop me from being Toxic, if anything im going to be even more toxic knowing that getting an account is easy as hell. Just a little recommendation if they actually want to see real improvement in the league community.

My favorite part is how you keyboard warriors take this personally. Yes, more personally than you think. You want to get involved haha, the point in making this thread was just to explain that it would have been nice if i received one simple message like in the olden days. gee you kiddos sure are pathetic
