Honestly, the way that reports work is complete horrid, People can cuss and call you all sorts of names and not be accountable for the way they had been during that match. if you are going too do something like that, everyones chat needs too be looked at. The banning system is unfair and needs too be change too many people will begin too become toxic and then while being toxic say lets report. Because of their own action they want too do such a thing which is unfair

That's how it works right now.

Those who get reported have that game's behavior reviewed. A toxicity score will be assign (0 pts for no toxicity) after the review, the higher the severity, the higher the score. Having more reports doesn't change the score. When a player gets 100 pts, they get punished.

Most the time, it takes many games for a player to get up to 100 toxicity points.
