Hextech Loot and Chat Restriction
I recently got a 10-game chat restriction, and then stopped being toxic. If I'm able to get key fragments now, does that mean I'll be able to get chests too?

Deep Terror Nami1 votesYes, the restriction is the same for all hextech loot. If you can earn key fragments now, you can also earn chests and mastery tokens!
