A way to escape toxic games

I have been playing league of legends consistently for about 5 years now. i have won and lost games in every possible way imaginable. Ive had manyyyy good times and just as many bad ones on my journey, but now its time to end. The community has become so intolerable that i am forced to throw in my towel. And it seems the only way to fix it realistically is by making people able to leave a game without the RIDICULOUS penalty of going AFK. Grant 1 leave per week or 4-5 days and let them accumulate. ive recently played some of the most disgustingly toxic games that anyone would ever encounter and i believe that my sanity would have been saved if i could just leave the game without penalty. Muting someone doesnt fix trolling. The game will still be over and your time will still be wasted. And if you quit, you get penalized. Not the troll (who maybe got 2 reports total). Reports should be more efficient, and penalties should be greater than they are. im under just a chat ban right now, and i can say that i honestly deserve a perma ban for the things that ive said. just to prove my point that reports dont do enough.

I just got perma banned for one game that i was very toxic in and these two games where i got flamed but then i got reported.

In both of these games I was flamed but for some reason i got permabanned while trying to improve my toxicity. I think the reports are working just fine.
