unfair ban

Soo boys and girls... i dont know how should i start, and my english is pretty bad but with help from Google maybe it will be possible to understand me, so i hope guys u gonna understand me and my words, as you know, Riot cares for sportsmanslike plays and behavior, they made a honor system which should help in selection between good and bad players, between negative and positive attitude, but u cant resolve all with algorithm , and there is a mistake in a ban algorithm, that affected my disadvantage, im Honor 5 player, and i always try to be a good player with good attitude, to be sportsmanslike and a good behavior, but as you all know, everybody have sometimes a bad day, or just a bad game... and there we come to the problem that i got a ban for 14 days for a ONE bad game, and im not blaming the riot that they banned me, but I think it is too harsh punishment for one match, and 14 days is too long for my bad mistake that i did... but let's get to the point and start with the logs:

Game 1 Stivciu: report morgana for intentional banning my champ in champion select Stivciu: yea yea ashe said "ban his champ" and u did it morgana... Stivciu: im m7 on teemo... so as u can see guys, in game Game 1 i insulted so much, it wasnt sportsmanslike at all and i know it, but there is a really big problem in a LoL that they are pretty much trolls they ban ur champion in champion select with purpose, only to make u angry, and i know i shouldnt insulting nobody but as i said at beginning everybody have sometimes a bad day, or just a bad game, and get frustrated... and as u can see in Game 2, i proved that normally I try to convince players to be nice to each other and to play with the team, and that i have normaally a good attitude only at the end i said "i fisted ur mom ^^" to a enemy player, only because he said to me first somehing like he fisted me or something like that, i dont remeber at the moment what he exactly said, but i really think that the punishment and ban for 14 days is too much, and it is not that I do not agree with this punishment, but I think its just too much... i hope maybe somehow riot can read this topic and maybe make the punishment lower, like for 1-3 days... i really would like to play on christmas in League of Legends...

so guys comment please the topic and as i said, it is not that I do not agree with this punishment, but i think for this one game i get frustrated it should be max 3 days ban...

Deserved Ban.

Calling people names and spamming about things that will not lead to victory should be banned. In this case I am glad the system worked.

Game 1 you said something about hoping a players parents were dead! Still in game 1 at least twice you called someone brain dead. Along with many other insults, and negative comments. This here could have escalated it.

Not everyone has bad days like that. Even so you didn't get a permanent ban so you still have a chance to keep your account. Listen to what everyone is saying you did in the game as I didn't didn't list everything.

You say you don't speak English well so I'd suggest that you do as little typing in games as possible for your own good. GL OP

You harassed Ashe and Morgan's the whole game, you admitted to intentionally trolling the game, you asked for reports in both games, you insulted Ashe and morgana the whole game, you had a negative attitude in both games but mostly the first.

This ban was 100% deserved, you we're extremely toxic through out and their choice to ban your champ does not give you the right to abuse them the way you did.

You can try to appeal by submitting a support ticket but I highly doubt riot will overturn it as they only so this in cases that the ban was given in mistake.

Since you are on a 14 day ban when you come back I'd be very careful as even small toxicity can lead to a perma ban, if somebody bothers you mute them report them at the end screen if they broke rules and move on do not respond as you responding puts you into trouble.

From only just reading between the lines I could see that you're harassing multiple people with report calls. The system works fine, that's not a behavior someone with lvl 5 honor should have or rather it's a mistake for you to have lvl 5 if you're gonna act like that.

I will give you that game 1 and 2 are significantly different but...dude you said you hope someone gets cancer and that their parents are dead b/c they banned your champion on an online PC game? Let that sink in for a second man. Imagine how hurtful that could be to someone. What if they really lost someone to cancer?

You say you agree with the punishment but think 14 days is too long. 14 days is the punishment so either you agree or you don't. Either way you are delusional if don't think you deserve a ban.

While I understand your point of view, there are certain things that the League community finds unacceptable and Riot has designed the behaviour system around that. There also is no 3 day ban option.

There's four escalating stages to the punishment system:

  • 10 game chat restriction
  • 25 game chat restriction
  • 14 day account ban
  • Permanent account ban

Ban is deserved. Game One : Called them "retard" multiple times, and wished cancer upon Ashe and Morgana. Game Two : Insulting the Ryze and accusing him of flame and afk (not sure if this is true or just because you were already tilted) and talking crap about the Talon, even if he did flame first.
