Banned for"Use of Malicious Third Party Programs"? THERE IS HOPE

So like MANY others, last month I received a perma ban via "instant fail system" for "use of malicious third party programs. But the problem was... I've never used any! So I opened a support ticket, and spending a few days getting the absolute WORST customer support from rioter "Templar Itsunae", who claimed that they had personally looked into the issue, found evidence that i was using malicious programs to gain an unfair advantage, and that the ban was absolutely not placed in error. I even asked to escalate my issue to someone higher who either could, or just simply would help me, as Itsunae obviously would not, didn't care, and obviously didn't do their job, only to be blown off and have my case closed. But a month later..... LO AND BEHOLD!!!!! I checked my email to find an APOLOGY LETTER from Riot stating that I was unfairly banned due to a false positive in the instant feedback system. But according to Itsunae who i assume could have looked at my stats, and replays of questioned games to see if i really was cheating, there was no way it was placed in error. So I'm pretty sure they just blatantly lied. But oh well I guess. Bottom line, the system IS FLAWED, I was right, and maybe Riot will finally get their heads out of their asses and make good with the players falsely banned (which I can only assume is in the thousands considering how many million active accounts there are) like they have done with me. Although I do feel an automated apology letter is hardly compensation for being 100% wrongly screwed over for a month and blatantly treated like nothing more than a number by support, and possibly being lied to by that rioter.

Emails and apology proof here:::: http://imgur.com/a/gFHFh

TLDR: Instant feedback system is flawed, Rioter Templar Itsunae is lame, I was right about being falsely banned, Got my account back a month later with an apology.

The Instant Feedback doesnt deal with 3rd party program, so im not sure why you blame that!

So one case, of the hundreds I have seen claiming innocence, actually turns out to be a false positive...

#...and based on that you call "the system flawed"?

Well, going by that particular brand of logic, heart transplants would be massively flawed as well...because about 15% of patients die within a year post-surgery.

Nothing to see here.

Here is where you go wrong.

The supports job is not to "review game to game", but to look at "whether you were flagged by their anti-cheat scan".

At a certain point, the system was overturned and flagged a certain program as a cheat when it wasn't.

The support didn't lie to you, they just when to check the scan and your name did appear. they have no control of what gets scanned, how it gets scanned, when it gets scanned. He is simply reporting what is on the scan and is told the scan is pretty much correct.

The poor support isn't to blame in your circumstance. But of course you just see them as one person, which is why you put the blame on him.
