A helpless player request

I am typing this discussion here because I do not know where else I should go. I am a played who play this game since S3. I never used any third party program. (I promised with my life, If I lied I can die) But my account got suspended because of that. I sent the request to Riot. They said they "absolutely 100% sure" that's why banned my account. But I NEVER DID, that why I am so upset. They will not do anything about it. Fiver years. Its like my past memory all gone. I am so helpless now. I did not know what else I can do to have my account back. Do you have any similar experience? Do you know what should I do? Please let me know. My daily life got effected. I cant sleep well and Im always sad and could not work well. Thank you.

No, I never used any booster. I climbed my rank from G5 to G4 to G3 to G1. Spend lots time and effort. Iam innocent, thats why I am doing so much now.

It has always been a rule in online games that they cannot tell you how exploits are discovered because it would allow them to more easily be circumvented. I guarantee you that they do not ban accounts willy nilly and they take a lot more time than some companies to make sure their decisions are as accurate as possible.

At this point I would suggest you take some time off from league, give some single player games a try. http://store.steampowered.com/app/698780/agecheck This is an amazing game that came out recently on steam and it is free as well. Enjoy some time off from league and come back in a few weeks and give it a fresh start and see if you still enjoy it.

But I did not used any booster for sure. I know they cant tell me how they exploits. But at least tell me when, where and in which game, with which champion. They cant tell me these simple things too?

Would that not tell you EXACTLY which exploit method you used that got you detected? If I were a scripter, I would make a new account and play a bunch of games with different kind of scripts to test which one get detected if Rito will tell me exactly when, where, and which game the script failed in.

I'm in the same situation, the way they deal with it and how they respond to it is honestly sad and makes me look at them as a company in a totally different way. It's depressing. There are many cases of this, especially this week, so there is a chance that its some harmless program or that theyre rolling out bans for something way in the past, or they've made mistakes and are too afraid to admit it. I'd love to see the proof that they are seeing though, until that happens I'll never trust this company.

Nope. After multiple talks to support, and being banned from live chat for trying too hard to understand this situation, and sending a ticket, to which they wont even tell me what IP address they see was on the account at the time, which they say is mine, so it shouldn't be a problem to tell me what it is, so I can atleast confirm they are looking at legitimate information, but this is how it all ended.
