Possibly Dangerous Summoner?

I came across a toxic and disgustingly perverted player on LoL earlier. Usually I brush it off because there are always people like that, but this guy seemed genuinely dangerous. He talked about various ways of killing children, and how he had the same goals as terrorists and school shooters. It may seem like he was just joking but I have multiple screenshots of what he typed. I feel like I should report him to more than the tribunal, but I'm not sure how. Any suggestions?

Submit a Support Ticket. Use whatever settings seem closest - there's nothing quite right for "want to put a toxic player in front of you."

Make sure to include your screenshots and any other evidence you may have.

Yup, submitting a ticket is the way to go. If necessary, Riot will forward the threats/information to the applicable authorities.

Could always try the fbi online tip line. Riot wont do anything. I submitted a ticket almost identicle to this situation and it remained opened and unanswered for 2 weeks before being auto closed.

No evidence to charge for,words doesnt count i can say i wanna kill 'x' guy here and no one will bat an eye when it comes to law.Words doesnt mean anything sadly

You cannot anything.Lets assume that you went to police they tracked down the ip of that guy from the summoner name and found his identity,how do you think you will charge him ?.There is no evidence for anything and people write stuff like this on twitter every day.
