I got permanently suspended for no reason !

Hey I just woke up this morning tried to open my league client I got a message saying that my account has been permanently suspended and further details regarding why it was suspended will be sent to my registered email .. well I got nothing on the email , I also sent a ticket to the support and they haven't answered me yet " i know its been only 14 hours but in my situation it feels like a year "

I need a rioter to look into this matter for me , tell me what might've gone wrong , I've been playing on this account since season 3 , I'm a high elo player that never used 3rd party programs , never let anyone use my account for a ranked game , never got a chat ban or flame or whatever , only think i get is leaving buster which i suppose is fine and fair !

So would anyone tell me what should I do next to get anyone to notice me ! to really help me or to at least tell me why my account got banned

Just wait, and be patient. They'll get to you when they can. You have to remember these are real people as well. They work usually a 9-5 job just like everyone else. You can't expect them to answer every single ticket they get in a timely manner. That's physically impossible. It does suck but everyone has to deal with it when they try to contact support. Just wait.

Wait for the response, which depending on ticket volume could take 2 days. Do NOT open a second ticket, that'll send you back to the end of the line.

If you have the date the account is suspended until you can google that to see what it's for. The suspension date is the ban code and is linked to the cause of the ban.

14 hours is not a long time. You need to be patient. It's hard to believe but there is more to life than League.
