I got permanently suspended for no reason !

Hey I just woke up this morning tried to open my league client I got a message saying that my account has been permanently suspended and further details regarding why it was suspended will be sent to my registered email .. well I got nothing on the email , I also sent a ticket to the support and they haven't answered me yet " i know its been only 14 hours but in my situation it feels like a year "

I need a rioter to look into this matter for me , tell me what might've gone wrong , I've been playing on this account since season 3 , I'm a high elo player that never used 3rd party programs , never let anyone use my account for a ranked game , never got a chat ban or flame or whatever , only think i get is leaving buster which i suppose is fine and fair !

So would anyone tell me what should I do next to get anyone to notice me ! to really help me or to at least tell me why my account got banned

Just wait, and be patient. They'll get to you when they can. You have to remember these are real people as well. They work usually a 9-5 job just like everyone else. You can't expect them to answer every single ticket they get in a timely manner. That's physically impossible. It does suck but everyone has to deal with it when they try to contact support. Just wait.

let them take all the time in the world to answer , it is fine but at least what I'm hopping for is them to answer ! and not ignore it

Account sharing is forbidden. Banned for account sharing. "I only shared my account sometimes"

I never shared my account with anyone , no one else on this earth knows my password actually no one knows my username either ! even my gf doesn't know xD

what I meant was that I've never been boosted before , and as far as riot is concerned , you're affecting people who tryhard to rank up not people who tryFREE in normals

Wait for the response, which depending on ticket volume could take 2 days. Do NOT open a second ticket, that'll send you back to the end of the line.

If you have the date the account is suspended until you can google that to see what it's for. The suspension date is the ban code and is linked to the cause of the ban.

sadly like I said it is permanent and there is no date , I didn't open a second ticket , its been 28 hours now and I'm fine with waiting , I just need to make sure that they will reply not ignore

There should still be a date. Something incredulous like banned until year 2199.
