Perma ban for nothing

Hello, I had a bad game, all my team was flaming me i said one insult, i logged of after the game and when i log in it says that my account have been permanently banned. It's disgusting that i have been banned for only one poor game when i said almost nothing here's the chat log

Well ok i said an insult ok ok but well i've been really permently banned for this ?

Hope someone can fix it if possible.

Unless you have been punished before that insult alone would not account for a perma ban. Either youve been punished before or you arent showing us the full chat log.

I think your best bet is a support ticket. I did see "fils de pute" and blaming your Lee Sin. I think you've got a good shot if you have a friend that you were trying to talk to, but I don't see any other chat here that goes to that friend. If just 1 game as light as this triggered your perma, then you had just gotten off a 14-day ban, where many offenses that would otherwise trigger a chat restriction get you the perma.

Well, repeated blaming if your jungler and "fils de pute".. my french aint good, but im pretty sure thats an insult. This is without a doubt enough to justify a punishment, and if you had a 14-day ban before, the perma is next.

I dont think you have any chances with the support. They only act if there was a mistake, and there doesn't seem to be one here. Your perma isn't for "nothing", it is for flaming in this game and for your complete history of flaming.

The thing is i've been banned for my stats and not from the actual "fils de pute" i lost hard my lane and i've been banned for this.
