I'm okay with the chat restriction - last time will keep my account open by mistake. But I'm interesting to know the overall status of the account - does that mean the account is permanently damaged? no more rewards..etc..?

account sharing is forbidden, you're lucky you only got a chat restriction because it can lead to a perma-ban of the account. you will start earning rewards again eventually, i'm not sure what the precise amount of time it will take but think i read somewhere 3-4 months

Stay in good standing for a while and you should get back in the good books. I'd recommend finding some more information on it, though; I don't know much about end-of-season rewards.
You can definitely get back to earning Hextech loot. Various accounts I've read on the Boards say it takes from 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on how good your behavior is.

Regardless, it's necessary to have quite a few reports to get punished. Are you sure it was your BF fault, or you are just blindly blaming him for what you actually do in your games?

This isn't exactly what the account sharing rule was meant to address. If they ban her for that, then I've lost all faith in Riot. Can't really do much about the restriction though. Just try not to curse at all or say any thing that can be flagged for your next 40 or so games in case someone troll reports you and you should be able to earn hextech rewards again. You have to wait 3 months before your account is in good standing though, I think. That applies to the punishment scale.
