someone tell me exactly where i said something that would hinder another players experience. (you should include the entire chat logs and not just what i say because i really thought i handled this well compared to what they were saying to me)

I'm sure it is. There doesn't have to be more to this chat log. He berates his team. Blames them for his problems. Loses his cool, in general. Spams chat with negativity, sarcasm, and passive-aggressiveness throughout the match. I've been punished on my account for negativity that wasn't super bad in just one or two games, but general like this in a lot of games over time. People who type like this in one game, don't just do it in one game. It's a developed behavior, and lots of negative games build up to get you punished... chat restricted/banned.

These kinds of games also aren't typically the first offense, if it's the log provided with your punishment. If OP has been punished before, it came with a warning that ANY negativity going forward would result in a harsher punishment.

how can you judge sarcasm through text? I will admit i was typing a lot, but when i tried to ping them away from minions or to gank even once they attacked me calling me trash and other things. It was like everyone in the game was geared towards getting me as tilted as possible just to get bad reaction. After i asked for a gank, the next message is me responding to them FLAMING ME IN CAPS FOR LETTING JG DIE literally all 4 of them. Maybe i reacted poorly as the game went on but I dont think this is fair at all.

It doesn't matter what other players did. You are judged for YOUR behavior. If the other players were reported, they will be judged for THEIR behavior and not for anyone else's.

There is no possible way to read this other than as salty and sarcastic. And it was just one line in a chat log full of blaming and complaining.

This kind of behavior in just one game ever might not be enough to warrant an immediate punishment. But a history of this behavior being common in a lot of your games absolutely does and should lead to a punishment.

I really wish there was a way to completely turn chat off, fucking sick of this dumb shit where i get fucked with on purpose by a premade and get banned right after a chat restrict just because i defended myself.

Retaliating -- throwing insults back at someone insulting you -- is not defending yourself. Defending yourself would be to avoid further injury/insult/hurt feeling by ignoring or muting toxic players.

You clearly did not do that in this case, but I strongly recommend you do so in the future.

You can move the chat pane completely off your screen if, for whatever reason, muting chat/pings doesn't suit you. Personally I prefer to /mute all so that I can still see timers and other important information that shows up in chat.

I shouldnt have to type in /mute all at the start of every game. 25 games straight nothing at all, 1st game out instant ban from toxic team. This games system is broken completely, you can taunt people with your champion (some of those champions say things that might cause the same reaction as my sarcasm) tilting them and ruining the experience. But its ok if riot does it through play characters and stickers to pretend like the reaction caused by them popping the thumbs up when someone dies isnt sarcasm or toxic?

I don't assume shit, facts are facts and trolls are obvious but they play the money gambit of this shit game :) you can be toxic and get in a players head without technically breaking the games rules and get away with it. This isn't a woe is me post this is a fuck you riot for having a system that can steal money from people and justify it as making the game a safer place for these snowflake fucks that play a killing game but cant handle violence.

How the fuck do they steal stuff though. It is your money that you used to buy skins, because you wanted to. Riot doesn't force you to buy their skins, neither do they force you to be a dickhead. Its your decision. But if that decision breaks the rules, then you will sure enough get punished. Literally every game has that.
