Cant Riot make a good thing and unbann all perma banned accounts for ( flaming ) ?

comon riot you wont lose anything by unbanning peoples for flaming it may make players day !
and ofc if someone flame again he get perma banned again not 14 DAYS or a chat bann :) isnt that a good solution for players who spend more than 5 years playing on their accounts ? maybe they got reformed :) . (my english is bad sry !) Hope a Rioter answer me ! and if its no can you explain to me why ? ^^

To get perma banned a player is given multiple chances so that pretty much covers the whole "give them another chance argument" Ans there just is absolutely no way right is going to do a mass unban on accounts that deserved it

Do you think that a guy got banned before 3 years will flame again when Riot unban him ? 3 years of pain can't change a player behavior :) ?

They will definently lose something. Their integrity. Alot of innocent people will leave if they do this.

If they got reformed they wouldn't be banned. If they reformed after getting banned, they can make a new account. No one gets rewarded for simply following the rules.

I dont see how your situation helps. They were already given multiple chances to reform. So why give them yet another chance? Not only that but considering they have already tried this in the past and those people failed to reform (again mind you) what makes you think these people would learn this time around?
