Got Low priority queue after blue screening while loading league, I came back ASAP and the game was already re-made. It happens ya know, only person punished was me for losing LP. But wtf, I've never left a game on this account, never even got a leaver buster warning, what gives?

LPQ is the 5-20 minute wait before joining the queue.

It is only account based, or otherwise net-cafes would be toasted.
From what I've seen, the Leaverbuster system is standalone and it's punishments can't be modified, but I could be wrong. A support ticket may show that they're able to adjust it manually. But, it could be quicker to just play the games, and see if they can take it off your record.
