I just got suspended for 14 days, due to me defending myself from somebody else calling me a retard, does anybody understand how the tribunal works because i dont think i should have been banned.

If you want to discuss your ban you should really post your reform card. Because most of what people call defending themselves is just striking back and it is well established that retaliation is not acceptable in league.

To add onto this, you can defend yourself as long as you do so in a respectful manner (i.e. not being a jerk while doing so). Also, you weren't banned for just one game, you were banned for showing negativity and toxicity in multiple games. A 14-day ban is your last chance to straighten up before you get permabanned next, as that's the next punishment tier after a 14-day ban from the game.

If you've been banned !!!!!14!!!!! days it's because you've unloaded a shit ton of crap on another player. ( and it's not your first ban, so they already know how toxic you can be) The other player was probably chat-restricted or banned as well, just learn to control yourself.
